Southampton Cruise Terminal
Project Overview:
As part of the major redevelopment of the Southampton Cruise Terminal, CDA was commissioned to manufacture and install over 125 linear metres of bi‑folding aluminium doors across all internal and external access points — a high‑spec, large‑scale glazing fit‑out tailored for a luxury‑class cruise terminal serving international cruise liners.
What We Delivered:
- High‑performance aluminium bi‑folding entrance systems for internal and external doors, using premium aluminium systems to ensure durability and weather resistance.
Aluminium Windows UK - Precision manufacture and installation to accommodate terminal requirements — robust, secure, reliable, and suitable for high-traffic and heavy-use conditions.
- Collaboration with main contractors and glazing sub‑contractors to integrate the doors and glazed systems seamlessly with the broader terminal build.
Why This Project Matters:
Terminals and transport hubs demand glazing and access systems that combine aesthetics, durability, performance, and safety. Our work for the Southampton Cruise Terminal demonstrates that CDA can handle large‑scale, demanding projects — giving potential clients confidence in our capacity for similar infrastructure, transport or public‑sector builds.
We only use high-quality products in our installations. All our systems comply with BS EN 14351-1 and Building Regulations Part L
